If your company shapes the world of electronic entertainment -- from computer and video games to cellphones and handhelds -- this is the event you can't afford to miss! Our events are sponsored by the world's leading technology companies, and attended by literally hundreds of media and analysts. eFocus 2006, a part of our Focus showcase series, does the same for electronic entertainment companies. Join us on May 9th at eFocus 2006. Spots are limited, so reserve your place now!
When And Where Is It? eFocus 2006 will be held on Tuesday, May 9th, the day before the E3 show opens. The event will take place at the California Market Center in downtown L.A., from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. This date and time provide the fewest conflicts with any press conferences and activities that day. Who Participates In This Event? eFocus 2006 will be sponsored by about 30 leading entertainment and high-tech companies. Participants in recent Pepcom showcase events include industry leaders such as Activision, BenQ, Casio, Canon, Dell, eBay, Epson, Fossil, Fujifilm, Gateway, HP, Intel, Kodak, LG, Microsoft, Motorola, Netflix, Nikon, Nokia, Olympus, palmOne, Panasonic, RIM, Rio, Samsung, Sirius, Sony, Toshiba, Voom and Yahoo!. How Does The Event Work? Each sponsor has a skirted, signed table to hold products and press materials. A complete upscale buffet -- including open bars -- is provided for the press and analysts. Press arrive and visit the sponsors at their leisure; there are no agendas or speeches to dissuade them. Sponsors arrive two hours prior to the event to set up. Power is already located at each table, and we can provide both Internet access and large-screen displays for a nominal fee. Are There Different Levels of Sponsorship? Yes, there are. Standard sponsors have a 6-foot demo station at the event and enjoy all standard amenities. Premier sponsors have a 10-foot semicircular demo station and can bring extra people (see below). See our event kit for more details on Standard and Premier sponsorship. |
Who Handles The Publicity?
Pepcom and its media team handle all promotion and invitations for the event. We invite top-tier press and analysts and provide each press attendee with a comprehensive eFocus press kit on a CD-ROM disc when they leave the event. Who Attends This Event? eFocus 2006 is for a select group of influential media and analysts only. Media names are culled from the pre-registered press list and our own media databases. We then personally contact and follow up with each press person we invite. Typically, 300+ key press and analysts attend this event. How Many People Can I Bring? You are welcome to bring up to four (4) representatives, including company employees and account executives from your public relations firm. Premier sponsors can bring up to six (6) people. However, our experience shows that as few as two people can work a table without any difficulty. We limit the number of sponsor representatives to maximize the space available for press and analysts, which is in everyone's best interest. How Do I Become A Sponsor? Becoming a sponsor of eFocus 2006 is simple. Just click the SPONSOR SIGNUP button and we'll send you a sponsorship agreement. Once you're signed up, our event staff will contact you regarding event logistics and details. What Does It Cost? For fee information or any other questions, please contact either: |
